Three questions for an established business

Seeing cash flow before it arrives

Why it happens

An owner-run business may track what is in the bank account rather than what is coming in and going out over the next few months.

Why it matters

Without a forecast, a slow month, a tax bill or a large purchase lands as a surprise, and pricing decisions are made without the margin in view.

How we help

We offer cash flow forecasting, KPIs and virtual CFO sessions to manage pricing and growth. Advisory and virtual CFO sessions can be packaged monthly or quarterly. You get clean data and monthly reports that make cash flow and profitability easier to track.

A structure that was set up years ago

Why it happens

A business that started as a sole trader or partnership can keep the same structure long after the owners, the assets and the income have changed.

Why it matters

Structure affects tax outcomes, asset protection and how the business can eventually be passed on or sold.

How we help

We also review structures as your business changes, helping you adjust in a way that supports growth and manages risk. Lomandra Accounting offers structuring and asset protection to support expansion and reduce risk.

Keeping up with compliance as rules change

Why it happens

Payroll tax, FBT, ASIC documents and activity statements each run to separate dates and rules, which change over time.

Why it matters

Missed or inconsistent lodgements create correspondence with the ATO or a regulator that takes time away from running the business.

How we help

When rules change, we translate what is relevant for your position and update your compliance calendar. If the ATO or a regulator asks questions, we respond with complete documentation and context.
